In partnership with the Central Bank of Nigeria and GIZ, I led the development of a learning management system to deliver financial literacy education.

Through an iterative development process involving prototyping, piloting, and user feedback, I delivered a significantly enhanced platform performance optimizing page load times by 80% through data caching.

This improving user experience by over 75% by reducing navigation complexity.

I also developed APIs for seamless mobile app integration, managed ongoing platform troubleshooting, updates, and patch deployments.

I led the setup and security implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS), customized and branded the platform to meet client specifications, and defined testing objectives to ensure functionality.

I onboarded over 600 users within the first 30 days via online and in person demo sessions, provided ongoing technical support, and facilitated digital literacy training for instructors.

I also piloted the SMESabi platform with Nigerian youth service corps members and integrated user feedback to enhance the platform experience.

As part of Django Girls initiative for women’s empowerment, I facilitated the traning of over 300 girls in python programming.

I led awareness campaigns to drive registration and participation, and facilitated hands on training and capacity building workshops

I collaborated with stakeholders and community leaders to secure sponsorship, successfully built and managed cross functional teams responsible for logistics, training execution, and workshop.

At the Centre for Open Distance and eLearning (CODeL FUTMinna), I was responsible for training delivery and administrative support.

I developed scripts and storyboards for basic level STEM courses, applying instructional design principles to create effective assessments, quizzes, and evaluation tools.

My work led to a 6% increase in learner engagement over three months through improved learner experience and earned me commendations from the Vice Chancellor and Committee of Deans for my contributions.

I managed the translation and localization of course modules into French and Spanish, creating SRT subtitle files and integrating translated content into videos using Vyond and Adobe Premiere Pro.

I ensured cross-platform accessibility by optimizing the course for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

I conducted comprehensive testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve functional or content-related issues, and implemented updates based on user feedback and QA reviews to ensure a seamless learner experience.
