The goal
The African Police entity under the African Union Commission needed a competency-based e-learning course for police officers across AU member states.
Aligning with stakeholders
I led the end-to-end design and development, working with AUC stakeholders, regional security experts and curriculum developers to align the learning objectives with peacekeeping, human rights and law-enforcement capacity-building goals.
Design approach
I applied the ADDIE and SAM instructional design models and adult learning principles to keep the course context-relevant, interactive and scalable.
