The goal
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) needed a management information system matched to its infrastructure and requirements.
Analysis and design
I conducted a needs analysis of NEMA's MIS infrastructure and requirements, then designed the information management system, including software components for data entry, data retrieval, reporting and analytics.
Documentation
I produced the technical documentation:
- System architecture
- Database schemas
- API documentation
- Operational and work plans
Training
I trained NEMA staff on the system and developed the training materials.
