The goal
The GIZ Nigerian Energy Support Programme (NESP) needed its face-to-face clean-energy training available as e-learning.
Strategy and curriculum
I produced the instructional design documents and a high-level blended learning strategy for NESP's clean-energy training, and designed the curriculum for the clean-energy course.
From manuals to modules
I converted the face-to-face training manuals into e-learning modules on:
- Solar photovoltaic (PV) system introduction and installation
- Workplace safety and first aid
Co-production with trainers
I trained and facilitated trainers and experts in a co-production process using a range of Moodle activities.
