The goal
The Commission needed a platform to host capacity-building courses for its auditors and staff, aligned with its training plan, and a way for management to monitor staff training.
What I did
- Set up the server infrastructure and deployed the LMS.
- Configured user roles, cohorts, course structures, assessments and certificates in line with the Commission's training plan.
- Integrated the LMS with the Commission's staff records database for bulk user provisioning and enrolment.
- Configured completion tracking and training reports for management monitoring.
Handover
I trained the platform administrators and provided technical support and maintenance.
