The goal
The Central Bank of Nigeria Financial Literacy project, supported by GIZ, needed a learning platform for teaching financial literacy concepts.
Building iteratively
I customised and deployed a Moodle LMS, then developed the platform iteratively through prototyping and piloting, incorporating user feedback at each step.
Integration and performance
- Developed an API to integrate the LMS with a mobile application.
- Optimised page load time by 80% using data caching.
- Handled platform troubleshooting, version updates and patch integration.
Making it easier to use
I improved user experience by over 75% by reducing the number of clicks needed to reach learning resources. The impact was measured through learner surveys and a drop in support requests.
